Job Purpose
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the daily handling of goods, supporting the smooth flow of stock through the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties, ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately

Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles

Perform stock checks and inventory counts as required

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times

Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts – if trained)

Work as part of a team to meet productivity targets and deadlines

Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor

Requirements
✅ Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial (but not essential)
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, walking)
✅ Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking)
✅ Strong attention to detail and reliability
✅ Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
✅ Valid forklift license (desirable but not required)
