Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries, checking for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders according to instructions and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if certified).
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free.
• Accurately complete paperwork and update systems for inventory control.
• Assist in stock checks and inventory counts as required.
• Follow health & safety protocols at all times.
• Support team leads and supervisors with any additional tasks to meet deadlines.

Skill & Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar manual role is preferred but not essential (training can be provided).
• Good physical fitness – able to lift, move, and carry items throughout a shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling goods.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts or weekends if required.
